Deborah is the founder and creator of industry's global digital skills authority which is head-quartered in Windsor, UK. Further to 12-years consulting and developing strategies for leading organisations around the globe, creating and teaching classroom certification programs, which she later developed into e-learning programs, Deborah branded and transformed her publishing and certifications company into the industry body for 'Digital Skills Excellence'. Executive Producer (and Company Director) TV

Working on a limited selection of high-end TV and large scale theatrical film projects, Deborah is a Business, Strategic and Creative Executive Producer specialising in strategy, commercial, digital, marketing, content & audience engagement, factual and entertainment. London Learning Consortium - Non-Executive Director (Board of Directors)

London Learning Consortium is a leading UK / EU government funded Community Interest Company, providing learning, skills and support in the form of apprenticeships and traineeships. Deborah serves on the Board of Directors (as a 'non-executive director' in an independent advisory capacity, as well as supporting good governance and scrutinizing risk and executive decision-making). She has served on the 'Mergers & Acquisitions Committee', 'Finance & Resources Committee' and the 'Quality & Curriculum Committee'.
